Nicole and the kids have been down in Juno Beach, Florida this past week soaking up the sun and fun. Last night she went to a special acoustic benefit show at the Loggerhead Marinelife Center in Juno Beach featuring the legendary Tom Curren. Tom was a three time Association of Surfing Professionals world champion and inspirational to my generation of surfers. He went on to become a legendary free surfer and a talented musician. Our buddy Virgil Price who is a surfer/musician from Palm Beach has worked many summers for us at Nantucket Surfari teaching surfing and is now on the Florida tour playing with Tom Curren.
