
If you’re ready to improve your SUP skills or to try this unique sport for the first time, our professional SUP lessons will provide you with the training and techniques that you need. Our experienced, First Aid (Red Cross) and CPR/AED (American Heart Association) certified instructors offer 60-minute lessons designed to tone and strengthen your body, while having fun at the same time.
Even if you’ve never SUP’ed before, you’ll be surprised at just how easy this sport is and how fast the 90 minutes will fly by. We offer private, semi-private, small and large group lessons up to parties of 8.

Please note that our lessons are not canceled for fog, rain or a chilly day. We will be getting wet in the water and we have wetsuits to keep warm! We will only cancel if the conditions are not suitable for surfing (because the waves are either flat or too big). If you must cancel please do so at least 48 in advance or your credit card will be charged for the full amount of your lesson.
